Veolia Oman: Sustainable Desalination

Creating a complete conference environment for conversations around the future of sustainable desalination.

We were engaged through Jupiter Visual Communications to produce an internal Veolia conference in Muscat centred on sustainable desalination, leading the event from initial design through live delivery for approximately 100 attendees.

The Brief

Veolia required a professional internal conference environment for discussions around sustainable desalination and its relevance to the company's work in Oman. The space needed to communicate the subject clearly while supporting presentations, discussion and collaboration between attendees. With a short lead time, the entire environment had to be designed, approved and delivered within a compressed production schedule.

Our Approach

We developed the venue design and 3D visualisations, establishing how the stage, screens, branding and attendee areas would work together within the available space.

We then led the complete production process, coordinating suppliers, technical requirements, branded elements and installation. As client requirements changed, we revised the design and production plans while keeping the project moving towards the fixed event date. On site, our showcaller Dan oversaw the final build and technical preparations before calling the conference and coordinating the live programme.

Results

Despite the short lead time and last-minute client changes, the conference was delivered smoothly and provided a cohesive setting for Veolia's internal conversations around sustainable desalination.

The successful delivery strengthened the working relationship and led to further event production work.
