We led event production for Dubai Basketball's home fixtures throughout the 2025/26 season, covering both EuroLeague and ABA League games at Coca-Cola Arena, managing everything happening around the basketball itself.

The Brief
A professional basketball game is more than the action on court. The breaks, player moments, entertainment, video content, music and sponsor activity all need to work together to maintain the energy inside the arena.
Dubai Basketball needed consistent event production across its home schedule, with every element prepared, rehearsed and delivered around the fixed requirements of a live professional game.
Our Approach
We took responsibility for the full game presentation outside the basketball itself, working through Two Bent Spoons directly and, on some projects, in collaboration with The Production Team.
Before each fixture, our showcaller Dan works through the running order, coordinates the video and entertainment content, manages dress rehearsals and makes sure every contributor knows where they need to be and when. During the game, he calls the complete event presentation, managing breaks in play, entertainment segments, video cues and the timing of each live element around the match.
The role also extends beyond regular game presentation. We source half-time performers and support additional club events, including activations for new merchandise launches.
